Week One
a gentle beginning.
This first week is about slowing things down and creating a sense of steadiness as we begin. There’s no pressure to arrive in any particular way - just an invitation to meet yourself where you are, with a little more space and awareness.
We’ll begin building a foundation of safety and trust, both in your body and in the work we’ll be doing together. This includes simple orienting practices and a soft introduction to turning into sensation, helping your system feel supported from the very start.
