There comes a point where pushing through no longer works. You might feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or simply not like yourself anymore. Your body feels on edge, your mind won’t settle, and even the smallest things can feel too much.

This is where we begin.

This 12-week one-to-one space is designed to gently support your nervous system so you can feel more grounded, more regulated and more like yourself again. We meet once a week (via Zoom or in person), creating a steady rhythm your body can begin to trust.

Between sessions, you’ll have light-touch support via voice note and messaging, along with simple tools to help you integrate the work into everyday life. Not to mention weekly video sessions that you can refer back to whenever you need them.
