Looking after the physical and emotional health and wellbeing of your team has never been more important or beneficial.

I offer group and individual sessions, either in-person or 1-2-1 with flexible plans for you and your employees.

Having experienced chronic burnout and anxiety, I now know first-hand, that the way we breathe affects every part of your mental and physical health.

Now, after what has been an extraordinarily challenging time for so many, the mental health of our country is coming into ever sharper focus, especially in the workplace and this is where I’d like to help.

With an increase in sick days, lower productivity and motivation I know that my therapies are proven to help emotional and physical coping, healing and focus.

My years of professional training and experience in the wellness field comes from both my own self exploration, as well as attending specialist courses such as the ‘Advanced Oxygen Advantage’ and ‘Pranayama breath coach’. I’m also a meditation teacher and cold-water therapist (Wim Hof trained) but I feel by greatest skillset firstly and foremostly is around empathy and trust.

Along with this I can offer my vast knowledge of effective methods to give people some balance to their nervous system, which in turn leads to better sleep, more energy and improvement in mood.

I’ve worked with Actors, Sportspeople, Corporates and individuals and can work remotely online or host well-ness days in the workplace. I’ve also been a facilitator at wellbeing festivals and have hosted a retreat for Yorkshire County Cricket Club at Broughton Hall Sanctuary in Skipton, Yorkshire.
