I started my coaching method with one goal in mind: to help people find calm, happiness and balance in their work, relationships, and life.

My personal background, combined with my experience, qualifications and expertise, helps others identify, address and rebalance.

I have practised and honed these techniques over many years, benefitting daily and now I want you to also share in all that breath work can help you achieve.

I truly believe that conscious breathwork and cold water therapy is the ultimate key to our well-being, health and inner peace. I look forward to our time together as your healing coach.

My studio, tucked away in rural Buckinghamshire, provides a tranquil, natural setting, providing the perfect space for your retreat. I offer a range of practices and can even create the perfect bespoke practice, just for you. I focus and specialise in two types of breathwork, enabling you to feel better physically, emotionally and improve your overall mental well-being.

The meaning of Pranayama is energy control. All too often in modern life we are losing much of our precious energy due to our busy minds and more importantly, a disconnection from our breath. Our free, powerful life force within us is being neglected, meaning we are living in ours heads and not predominantly in our body.
