I started my coaching method with one goal in mind: to help people find calm, happiness and balance in their work, relationships, and life.
I believe we have access to far more within ourselves than we often realise. Yet in the pace and pressure of modern life, it’s easy to lose that connection, to our bodies, our breath, our energy and a deeper sense of balance.
This work is about guiding you back. Through considered, body-led practices, I support you to regulate your nervous system, reconnect with yourself, and move through life with greater clarity, steadiness and control.
Alongside my own lived experience, I have trained with some of the most respected leaders in this field, bringing together a depth of knowledge and proven approaches that genuinely support change.

My studio, tucked away in rural Buckinghamshire, offers a calm and private space to step away and reset. I also offer online sessions via Zoom, as well as in-person work within corporate and group settings, tailored to the needs of each organisation.
