These monthly sessions are designed to help you gently regulate your nervous system, release built-up tension in the body, and reconnect with a sense of steadiness and clarity.

Each circle weaves together guided breathwork, simple somatic practices, and quiet moments of reflection. There’s nothing to perform, nothing to fix, and no pressure to share - just space to slow down and be supported.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or simply in need of a reset, this is a place to land.

You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer and more connected to yourself.

Month One: Return to Safety

A session focused on helping your body feel safe again. When life feels overwhelming, the body can stay in a constant state of alert. In this circle, we gently guide the nervous system out of that state through breath, grounding practices, and simple awareness. This is about coming back to a place where you can soften, settle, and feel supported from within.

Month Two: Softening the Hold

For the moments where you’re holding more than you realise. This session explores where tension, control and over-efforting sit in the body, and how to begin letting that soften without force. Through gentle somatic practices and reflection, you’ll be guided to release some of the weight you’ve been carrying.

Month Three: Coming Back to Yourself

A space to reconnect when you feel pulled in too many directions. Over time, it’s easy to lose touch with what you need. This session helps you pause, turn inward, and reconnect with your body, your breath and your own rhythm again. Simple, grounding, and deeply supportive.

Month Four: From Survival to Living

For when you’ve been getting through, rather than truly living. This circle supports you in recognising patterns of stress and overwhelm, and gently shifting out of survival mode. You’ll learn how to bring your body back into a more regulated, balanced state - where there’s space for more ease and energy.

Month Five: Allowing More In

A softer approach to abundance and receiving. This session isn’t about forcing positivity or “thinking differently”. It’s about noticing where the body resists receiving, and gently creating more space for ease, support and possibility. A grounded way to explore expansion without pressure.

Month Six: Rest Without Guilt

Permission to stop, without needing to earn it. Many of us struggle to truly rest. This session offers a deeper exhale - guiding the body into a state of restoration through slow breathwork and extended rest. You’ll leave feeling nourished, not drained.

Month Seven: Letting Go Gently

A different way to release what you’ve been holding. Rather than forcing emotions away, this session creates space for them to move through safely and naturally. We’ll work with the body to support gentle emotional release, without overwhelm.
