If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, constantly on edge, or simply exhausted from trying to keep going… this course offers a different way.

I created this work from my own experience of overwhelm - and from navigating a chronic health diagnosis back in 2016, which left me feeling depleted disconnected and searching for something that could truly support my body, not just push through it.

What I found was that real change didn’t come from doing more, but from learning how to slow down, listen and work with my nervous system rather than against it.

This 6-week course is a gentle, supportive space to do exactly that - to reconnect with your body, begin to feel steady again and find your way back to a calmer, more balanced state.

Beginning 29th April 2026.

week one

We begin by gently reconnecting with the body.

Many of us live primarily in our minds, often disconnected from the signals our body is constantly giving us. In this first week we begin to rebuild that awareness. Through simple grounding practices and breath awareness, you will begin to notice patterns of tension, holding and stress within the body. This week lays the foundation for the journey ahead.

You will explore:

• body awareness and interoception

• noticing where stress is held

• grounding practices to settle the nervous system

• simple breath techniques to support regulation

week two

In week two we explore how the nervous system responds to stress and pressure.

You will begin to understand the difference between states of regulation and survival, and how your body naturally moves between these states.

With this awareness comes the ability to respond to stress more gently and effectively.

You will explore:

• how stress impacts the nervous system

• recognising early signs of overwhelm

• practices that support regulation

• building awareness of your personal stress patterns

week three

Stress and emotional experiences are often stored within the body. In this week we introduce gentle somatic movement and breath practices that support the body in releasing patterns of holding and tension.

As the body begins to soften, it often becomes easier for the mind to settle too.

You will explore:

• gentle somatic movement

• releasing patterns of physical tension

• breath practices that support emotional regulation

• creating space for the body to unwind

week four

As the body begins to feel safer, we can gradually expand our capacity to stay present with sensations and emotions without becoming overwhelmed.

This week focuses on building resilience and stability within the nervous system.

You will explore:

• creating a stronger sense of internal safety

• practices that build nervous system capacity

• staying present with sensations and emotions

• developing greater resilience to stress

week five

In week five we begin to bring the practices into daily life.

You will learn how to recognise the early signs of stress and respond with the tools you have developed throughout the course. Small changes in awareness can lead to powerful shifts in how we move through life.

You will explore:

• recognising stress patterns in daily life

• applying somatic tools in real situations

• building supportive habits that nurture regulation

• strengthening your relationship with your body

week six

In our final week we bring everything together. You will deepen your understanding of your nervous system and leave with a collection of simple practices that you can return to whenever life becomes overwhelming.

This week focuses on integration and continuing the journey beyond the course.

You will explore:

• integrating the tools you have learned

• developing a personal regulation toolkit

• building a sustainable relationship with calm

• moving forward with greater awareness and resilience
