Finding Your Way Back to Calm is a supportive 6-week course designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and find steadiness during times of stress or overwhelm. It offers a gentle space to pause from the busyness of life and begin restoring a sense of balance and clarity.
Each weekly session introduces simple, practical tools such as calming breathing techniques, guided relaxation and reflective exercises that support your emotional wellbeing. The practices are easy to integrate into everyday life, helping you build habits that nurture calm and resilience.
By the end of the course, you’ll have a collection of techniques you can return to whenever life feels challenging. Most importantly, you’ll develop a deeper awareness of what helps you feel grounded, supported and at ease.
