Welcome to my guided course on self acceptance, self love, self nurturing and inner resilience.

Discover the tools and teachings to help you heal to your core and move forwards with calm and confidence.

A powerful 4 week course with everything you need to move forward with self love, acceptance and strength.

We all go through traumas during our life these are also referred to as little 't's' and big 't's' These can impact us greatly especially if they occur during our childhood, however if we are nurtured and held we can process them to avoid the great impact those events can have negatively on our body and mind.  We can internalise these events and develop unhealthy beliefs and behaviours and lose sight of ourselves.  This was certainly my experience and it led to years of chronic anxiety and burnout and my programming was to keep busy as it felt too uncomfortable to create stillness.  I experienced 2 big 'T's' ten years ago very closely to each other which threw me into an early menopause, and this was the point where I couldn't carry on treating myself the way I had for most of my life, and slowly but surely, I began to realise that I held the answers and for the first time showed myself love, patience and compassion.  This is how I found my Center.”

    Practice self-compassionate techniques to navigate challenges.

  • week 3/ Creative Expression for Healing

    Tap into creative outlets as a means of self-expression and healing.

    Engage in guided activities to release emotions and foster inner growth.

  • week 4 / Holistic Wellness Practices

    Integrate mindfulness, gratitude, and self-care into your daily routine.

    Develop a personalized plan for sustained inner well-being.
